Hi there, welcome to my blog, it’s nice to have you here! I’m Freddi and this is my slice of the internet where I post my recipe experiments and photography. I am a twenty something  who is about to graduate University in Cheltenham. Excited to start my journey in food and photography, this blog is where you can follow me on that journey and connect with what I am doing. My dream is to have my own studio, my own allotment,  my own chickens and to add to the thousands of people who are trying to change the way we see food and give it the darn respect it deserves!

My kitchen is incredibly tiny, but I love it for the oodles of natural light it provides and the successful recipes that have happened in there, it may not be mine forever, but it’s where my blog has blossomed this past year.

You can be assured of lot’s of butter, double the amount of cheese, good quality ingredients and some pretty pictures to be thrown into the mix too.
